Creamy Morel Mushroom Pasta
Recipe 1: Creamy Morel Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 lb fresh morel mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnishing

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Add the morel mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.
4. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce along with the reserved pasta water, tossing until well combined and heated through.
7. Season with more salt and pepper if needed, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Recipe 2: Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French bread or baguette
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
3. Slice the bread diagonally into 1-inch thick slices without cutting all the way through the bottom of the loaf.
4. Spread the garlic butter mixture onto each slice of bread.
5. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden brown.
